The Dovecoat is a self-catering converted flint cottage just next to Cley Windmill, with it's own front door and all the mod-cons! Originally part of the stables building, it enjoys lovely views of the Mill and the neighbouring walled garden.
The property has a living area on the ground floor, with open plan kitchen, a master bedroom which can be either a twin or a king size double bed on request, and the bathroom. There are open stairs leading to a vaulted mezzanine gallery where there is a comfy, double bed.
Though it's usually booked on a weekly, self-catering basis, it's also possible to let it as a bedroom annex and thereby enjoy all the facilities of the main guest house, including the dining options! Guests can book for dinner, which is in the region of £35pp, and can also enjoy the delicious breakfast service in the main house. This means it's perfect for those looking for the flexibility of self-catering and the convenience of a hotel together, especially for families.
