Cley Windmill

About Cley Windmill

Cley Windmill wаs built іn the early 19th century, and following an early life of heavy work, was converted into a holiday house as early as the early 20th century, and then later into a B&B and holiday rental accommodation. The Windmill is located in Cley-next-the-Sea, a small village on the northern Norfolk coast. Surrounded by reeds, marshes and the River Glaven flowing out towards the sea, the windmill is perfect for ornithologists and bird watchers located right next to one of the best nature reserves for bird watching in the country!

The main Windmill can sleep 12 people in 6 rooms, and a further 8 guests can be accommodated in the separate outbuildings including the Boat House, Long House and Dovecote.
